Playlists aren't created

Playlist creation is turned OFF by default. Please make sure that the playlist creation preference is enabled:

For Mac
- Click on the TuneUp icon in the Finder bar (the white bar across the top of your screen)
- Select "Preferences" from the drop down menu
- Click on the "Clean" tab
- Check the box next to "Create Playlists"

For PC
- Right click on the TuneUp icon in the system tray
- Select "Preferences"
- Click on the "Clean" tab
- Check the box next to "Create Playlists"

If playlists are still not created after restarting TuneUp, please contact support and mention you've already followed the steps outlined here.
